The Coquina Collective wasn't created because we wanted to start a transaction coordination company. It was created because we recognized a gap in the industry we loved.
We watched talented, caring agents spend more time managing paperwork than building relationships. They entered this profession to guide families through one of life's biggest milestones, yet found themselves buried in contracts, deadlines, compliance, and administrative demands.
Somewhere along the way, the business began pulling them away from the people they wanted to serve.
We knew there had to be a better way.
OUR STORY
Two Paths, One Belief
lthough our paths to real estate were different, they led us to the same place. Karen built her career through decades of leadership, operations, and supporting real estate professionals, discovering that her greatest joy came from helping others reach their full potential.
Anne's background in education led her to real estate, where her gift for organization, systems, and attention to detail became the foundation for helping agents succeed behind the scenes.
When we met, we realized we shared something much deeper than an industry.
We shared the same belief.
